Tausha Simon is the newest member to the Aspect Partner team as the Channel Marketing Manager.
Based in sunny Arizona, Tausha brings over a decade of experience in strategic marketing and sales. Tausha is passionate about empowering partners to maximize the value of Aspects Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.

Beyond her work at Aspect, Tausha is passionate about autism awareness, inclusion, and acceptance. As an advocate and proud mother, she draws from her personal experience to promote understanding and support for the neurodiverse communities. She is also the host of Greatfully You, a podcast celebrating authenticity, personal growth, and resilience, blending her professional expertise with her passion for connection.
Fun Fact: Tausha recharges through solo trips, loves living in the desert and enjoys spending time with her husband and two amazing children.
